We don't 'just flip a coin' this time of year in Colorado to guess the weather on almost any given day (because there are only two sides to a coin) you roll dice! With a different season & temperature on each side of that die, it could be 70 one day and 7 the next. And it could be snowing A LOT one minute, and then suddenly...

Vail Families
Here is a lighter moment of fun that we had with the Williams family in Vail on Sunday. I photographed them about 5 years ago and with kids growing quickly (and in-between braces as they noted) it was the perfect time to update their family portrait, so they took advantage of our get away to Vail. Amazing wildflowers and of course the famous Gore range made each image spectacular- I can't wait for them to see them all!

Families that jump together- stay together!
I love this family and have been blessed to photograph senior portraits, school class photos and business head shot images for them in the past. And finally the whole family- and after all the formal poses are completed, I love when people ask, "we want to do something fun at the end- something different....' I do too! (And of these 'jump' images- with some retro-70s-retouching added- this is my personal favorite!)

Scenic Outdoor Family Portraits- STOP THE PROCRASTINATION!
One of my favorite locations for photographing families- it just screams, 'Colorado' and captures the essence of why we live here. The leaves are falling soon... tick, tick, tick... Christmas Cards can look amazing this year.... tick, tick, tick... its gonna get colder very soon... tick, tick, tick... (and I'll cure that procrastination issue for no additional charge!)

Jimmy's- Magazine Cover & Feature story
We are featured on the June/July cover of Marketplace Magazine (a local publication here in Castle Rock, CO) and wanted to show you the results before it publishes this weekend!
We are telling the local and surrounding communities just how amazing & different our style is in comparison to all the other studios that market to High School Seniors- please tell the seniors YOU know about us! We love referrals- it is the heart of our marketing efforts.
For the entire family, we have some trips that are being planned for grand scenic portraits in and near Vail village for both late July and late September to capture the fall colors. We also photograph children playing in Vail Village and those are really beautiful as well. Drop us an email or give us a call if you are interested in hearing more!
