Hollywood- are you listening?

I'm jumping off-topic to tell you about a movie we all need to see with our kids.

As a parent of daughters (we have three) we are always looking for great movies of great character. I'm not just speaking about great fictional characters- those movies are everywhere. I specifically mean, movies that tell us stories of real people who overcame enormous obstacles and teach us what true personal character looks like in the face of doubt, pain, despair or even when death stares them square-on-in-the-face. Rare are these movies! However a few years back little Bethany Hamilton taught the world a lesson in character and now her story will be a movie that I can't wait to see. A movie about a young girl with great character- tell me about another one YOU know of, because I cannot for the life of me think of one right now.
